How to run it

  1. Warm up first

Hot chocolate, dry socks, then art. Cold fingers can’t hold a pencil.

  2. Build a snow monster

Roll for the snowballs, the face and what it’s wearing on the snow monster sheet, then draw it in the big box.

  3. Add the snow

White crayon on white paper looks like nothing. Then color over it with blue or gray, and the snow appears like magic.

  4. Draw the window

Draw what you can see from the window: the sled, the footprints, the real snowman. Add one thing that isn’t there.

Tip: The white-crayon trick works for stars, ghosts and secret messages too.
